My name is Olivia Alatorre, Owner and esthetician at The Body Lab in St. Petersburg Florida. I started my esthetics career as a solo esthetician and quickly became overwhelmed and frustrated with all the moving parts of being a small business owner.

I created the ELT Retreats to bring together a group of like minded beauty professionals that are seeking a higher education and a community of support. Attending events alone can seem intimidating, that is why our group retreat aims to bring you out of your comfort zone and expose you to the industry from a seasoned professional's standpoint.
